Thanks guys! i feel like i need to elaborate on this a bit…. perhaps i’ll blog about it again next week. We’ve had an offer on the first one since may, and just discovered the second one last week. We’re excited about both of them, and have concerns about both of them. So many conflicting pros and cons!!!
